PRICES
All prices are quoted freight on board (F.O.B.) from Drew Chan 1881, Inc.'s warehouse location (Chamblee, GA 30341-2621).  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Please check order invoices for current pricing.  Stock items subject to be discontinued without notice.


PAYMENT
Due upon sales.  We require a fifty percent (50%) initial deposit for all orders requiring a lead time for finishing -- Custom or Standard -- with the balance due either at the time of Customer pick-up or prior to shipping.  SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED ON ALL PAST DUE ACCOUNTS AT THE RATE OF .74% PER MONTH on past due amounts.  In the event of delinquency, the Customer shall be liable for collections cost including attorney's fees.  Customers who are delinquent with their payment once will be put on "Cash in Advance" terms (payment is to accompany Purchaser's order) for all future orders.


ORDER CANCELLATION
Customer may be eligible to cancel an order at the discretion of Drew Chan 1881, Inc. Orders may be eligible for cancellation upon request via a written letter or email.
Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order.  If a job is cancelled any labor hours (sample chips, painting, upholstery, etc.) and/or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. Minimum Cancellation Fee is $15 ( 15%-30% of total transaction).
Once the order has been placed successfully/approved by Customer, No Refunds are issued.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Drew Chan 1881, Inc. does not offer refunds on merchandise.  Drew Chan 1881, Inc.'s Customer must notify our office of any defects discovered in the ordered product within 48 hours from the date the order was received.  In order to receive a replacement, a 100% of the received product must be returned within fifteen (15) business days (at Customer's expense) from the time the ordered product was received by Drew Chan 1881 Inc.'s Customer.  All charges related to expedite finishing ("Rush" finishing or shipping) are not refundable, including those orders that are returned for any reason.  No merchandise may be returned after 60 days from the date Drew Chan 1881, Inc.'s Customer receives his/her merchandise without a Return Good Authorization (RGA) in writing from Drew Chan 1881, Inc. for either an exchange or credit (excluding shipping/handling and/or administrative/restocking fee of 15%-30% of total transaction).  Please call or fax our office if a RGA is required.  For More Information Please Call Drew Chan 1881 Inc. at (678) 522-0289 (9am-7pm EST).  If merchandise is returned to Drew Chan 1881, Inc. without a RGA, we will not accept it and it will be returned at the customer's expense.
All Original Artwork; Upholstered Furniture; and Custom Orders (where the Customer provides the materials or one of our Standard finishes are not used) are non-returnable and/or non-cancellable. 
Freight damaged items are not returnable.  Please check shipments carefully and report damage(s) to the Carrier or your local terminal immediately.


CUSTOM MATERIALS
1.  Custom Fabric(s) and/or Paint(s) should be delivered PREPAID
   to Drew Chan 1881, Inc.'s warehouse location (Chamblee, GA 30341-2621).
   We reserve the right not to return excess fabric and/or paint.
2.  A quart of paint can cover approximately 2-3 chairs.
3.  All fabric must be continuous yardage and must be at least 54" wide. 
   We cannot accept multiple pieces of fabric.
  Each seat requires a minimum of 3/4 yd (Matching of patterns or striped fabric may cause an increase in charges or yardage).
4.  Fabric(s) and/or Paint(s) must have the following identification:
   i.   Customer/Contact Name and Store Number (if applicable)
   ii.  Customer/Contact Phone Number
   iii. Invoice /Purchase Order Number
   iv. Legible and explicit instructions (please feel free to call 678 522-0289 in addition to written instructions). 
       Since each Custom order is unique to each Customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final.
       If we verify that we made an error, we will rectify the order. No Refunds or Credit.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Drew Chan 1881, Inc. maintains a fully stocked warehouse and many items are available for immediate nationwide delivery.

Typically your unfinished order is processed the same day. On occasion, we sell through merchandise faster than anticipated. If this occurs, we will inform you immediately of the delay and supply you with an expected delivery date. We will not require an initial deposit when an item is out of stock until you have reviewed and accepted the revised delivery date.

Drew Chan 1881, Inc. will always act to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. However, unexpected equipment failure/malfunction may delay the finishing process. In which case, rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived where applicable and will not be grounds for order cancellation.  In no case shall Drew Chan 1881, Inc. be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.

All Drew Chan 1881, Inc.'s Customers agree not to hold Drew Chan 1881, Inc. liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond Drew Chan 1881, Inc.'s direct control. Drew Chan 1881, Inc.'s shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers.

All furniture is shipped at Customer's risk.  All furniture is carefully inspected, securely packed and turned over to the Carrier (who will not accept it unless it is in good condition).  Before accepting merchandise from the Carrier, Drew Chan 1881, Inc.'s Customer must examine the shipment carefully.  Note on the Bill of Lading any box that looks suspect.  Recipient can simply write "Several boxes appear damaged" (this may help with freight damage claims).  In the event your freight is damaged upon arrival at the destination, a claim should be filed by the Customer immediately with the Carrier.





















































SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. Drew Chan 1881, Inc. is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments. 
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the Customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Drew Chan 1881, Inc. will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.

Description of Shipping Options
Standard Delivery orders are shipped via "ground" service within the contiguous United States and generally will arrive within 5-10 business days.  To receive a shipping quote for any other location including Alaska and Hawaii, please call us at 404.351.5717.
If Customer's delivery requires Common Carrier/Truck Delivery (delivered by a motor freight carrier and unloaded by the driver), charges may be applied in addition to the quoted Standard Delivery rate.  ITEMS ORDERED AT THE SAME TIME WILL NOT NECESSARILY BE DELIVERED TOGETHER. 
Drew Chan 1881, Inc will not drop ship to retailer's consumer on behalf of the retailer and is not responsible for freight damage.

Standard Delivery for Residential / Commercial:
    East of the Mississippi - $25-$35 per chair, stool, bench (select models)
    West of the Mississippi - $45-65 per chair, stool, bench (select models)
The most economical shipping method for most east coast residential deliveries. If FedEx is unable to deliver your selection due to size, weight or packaging limitations an alternate shipping method will be chosen for you.

Common Carrier for Residential / Commercial (minimum of 6 items):
    East of the Mississippi - $35 per chair, stool, bench (select models)
    West of the Mississippi - $65 per chair, stool, bench (select models)

Local Area Delivery - $60 flat rate charge for one piece or one full dining room set:
